UL-2SN double-layer steel wire braid high-temperature hose is a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant hydraulic hose. The hose consists of two layers of steel wire braid reinforcement and a synthetic rubber inner tube. The hose is suitable for hydraulic systems with operating temperatures from -40°C to +135°C and maximum working pressures up to 415 bar. The two-ply steel wire braid provides reinforcement for the hose, enabling it to handle high pressures and preventing the hose from collapsing under a vacuum. The braid is made of high-strength steel wire, providing the hose with excellent strength and durability. Used in high-temperature, medium, and high-pressure hydraulic systems such as foundries and railway locomotives.
