RB3 Three-wire braid mining hose is a high-pressure hydraulic hose designed to withstand extreme operating conditions in mining, construction, and industrial applications. This hose is manufactured with a synthetic rubber hose, a reinforced layer of high-tensile steel wire, and a durable synthetic rubber cover, which makes it highly resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone, and weathering. The three-layer design of the RB3 hose provides superior performance under high-pressure hydraulic applications. The inner layer is made of synthetic rubber that is resistant to hydraulic fluids, which ensures the smooth flow of fluids and prevents any leakage. The middle layer of high-tensile steel wire reinforcement provides the hose with superior strength, enabling it to withstand high pressures and maintain its shape under extreme operating conditions. The outer layer of the hose is made of synthetic rubber that is resistant to abrasion, oil, ozone, and weathering, ensuring that the hose remains in good condition even in harsh environments. The RB3 mining hose is designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 9860 PSI and a temperature range of -40°F to 212°F. This makes it suitable for use in demanding applications where high-pressure and high-temperature hydraulic fluids are involved.
